santosha (Contentment) can be achieved through simplicity and process. One of the problems with modern life is that we are constantly distracted by new things, new wants, and experiences. What we need to do is the opposite: reduce the things that we want and have.

As an entrepreneur this seems counterintuitive and pradoxical that I want to reduce my wants and desires and also reduce the wants and desires of others. But that is the goal.

1. Sevaka (Worker). Focus on developing individuals.
2. Sakha (Organization). Self-sufficient organizations.
3. Artha (Wealth). Work on building wealth for myself and others.
