I have a general structure with a core set of principles and technologies to build businesses. The structure is as follows:
- sangh (Business Unit). A grouping of businesses that share a common P&L and support structure.
- sakha (Business). An individual business within a sangh that contributes to the overall P&L of the sangh.
- sevaka (Worker). I hire and train sevakas (workers) who are generalists and can do a variety of tasks based on a set philosophy.
