Pranathi

Role​

Pranathi is the Compliance Lead. She will focus on ensuring that our customers who perform compliance tasks with us are always fulfilling the obligations of their framework. She ensures that compliance is always addressed.

Responsibilities​

  • Daily ensure that Customer’s Vanta, Drata, Secureframe are showing 100%
  • Help resolve issues with customer
  • Create templates within OpsZero.com/docs/compliance/ for different controls so we can easily address them.
  • Build software to address these issues quicker.
  • Resolve any compliance issues assigned to her in the Kanban board.

Ownership​

  • Vanta, Drata, Secureframe
  • Interaction with customer and support team to resolve issues.

KPIs​

  • Things out of control (Vanta and Drata) over a one month window
