The E-myth Revisited

Michael E. Gerber · ★★★★☆ · 269 pages · 1985

I have to say this book is sort of a gem. There are long winding parts to it, but thinking about a company as a system, and figuring out hiring and the difference between the entrepreneur, manager, and technician all being within the same person were insightful. I would say the part of most people starting a small business as an alternate job for themselves hit the nose, and why that is bad makes the book worth it in of itself.
