Diet

Introduction

I’ve been super spoiled with food. I grew up with a dad who loves good food and has given my family  the love of good food. However, I am terrible at taking care of my diet. I currently try to work out daily and am doing the starting strength method, along with some cardio with jump roping and Krav Maga. Furthermore, I am working on my business which requires a lot of energy.
 
 
 
 
All of this has a few things that I hope will make me more effective.

Goals

I don’t want to be a person who gives up good food but certain things I do with my diet have to be simple for time reasons. I like to eat well but that doesn’t translate to I want to eat well and spend the time to make the food to eat well. So my goals are the following:
 
Goal
  • Simple in the morning
I want to get up and start the day off well with a lot of energy.
  • Consistent timing
I eat sporadically and that affects my mood and energy level so how do I modify my eating schedule to be more consistent at roughly the same time everyday.
  • Regular snacks throughout the day that is not cereal
  • High vegetables and fruits.
I just feel better on a vegetarian diet vs eating a lot of meat which makes me sluggish.
  • Help me lift heavier weights using the Starting Strength method.
  • Diet that will help me have high energy for long amounts of thinking.
