The disconnect that exists between writing PRFAQs and execution is real. What I mean by this is that a PRFAQ while needing to be a live document doesn’t seem to be. It exists separate from the code which causes issues since the code and the doc don’t seem to coexist.

Further, a Press Release is a solid first step, but a landing page actually shows it from the vantage point of a customer. So a PR and the landing page need to coexist from a customer standpoint. The FAQs need to show what it would look like for the customer. By having an actual webpage that can be seen we can move faster as a whole.

The code infrastructure needs to support this. To make it easy to experiment.
