As I am thinking more and more the brand is a frontend. The way you do things is way more important. The brand is a deliver mechanism. So if I am trying to pull a startup studio type building then it may make more sense to use a frontend type approach. What I mean by this is that the frontend brands aren’t that useful in of themselves. They are brands that can exist. The point is to make them solid and repeatable.
So the company then should be optimizing the four things. The brands are mostly frontends for customers to find as it targets their value need. A venture should focus on solving a problem for a single customer segment, not for everyone. It should really build around that one segment.
So the real infrastructure is using the domains to sell multiple things and each launch should be faster and cheaper.
