One of the the things I have been doing is cutting things. As I have cut things I realize I have more focus and more punch and more insight into a fewer things. However, this is also somewhat making me miserable. I like starting things. I like to build new things and try out random stuff…
But that is not how you move the world forward.
You move the world forward by day in day our focusing on improving the same thing, over and over again. In a way Jiro Dreams of Sushi hits that point. You focus on the same thing and try to improve within the bounds of the same thing you practice everyday.
Maybe this is why meditation is good. It focuses us on the same thing day in day out.
