One of the primary things I have learned is that it is easier to delete than to add. Having fewer better things is much better than having a lot of mediocre things.
I’ve decided to double down on the infrastructure I created and have everything fit that mold and improve that mold than to try to improve it all. I am just not great at dividing energy.
Make it easier to divide up the energy.
Have the existing KPIs on the base you have and improve on those metrics. Then add new things you want to do within those metrics.
