I’m selling high value services but they will need to be made cheaper over time. Maybe the goal is to build something expensive first and as you cut costs bring down the cost of the product over time. Or in reverse. Bring up the cost overtime.

I think m will require some thought. I think it should be low cost and self serve eventually. But initially it should be something that is planned and run internally.

Maybe we can sell it as part of our services.
